We want you to be completely satisfied with Gephra Career. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.

At Gephra Career, we're committed to providing exceptional value. If you're not satisfied with our service due to technical issues or service failures, we'll make it right.

Important Notice

This refund policy applies to individual users only. For institutional customers (universities, enterprises, organizations), refund terms are governed by separate contractual agreements. Please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for institution-specific refund policies.

Credit Purchases

No Refunds for Used Credits

Once you've used a credit (e.g., optimized a resume, generated a career insight), that credit cannot be refunded. This is because the service has been fully delivered and the digital content cannot be "returned."

Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from receiving the service (e.g., system error, failed processing, corrupted output), contact us within 7 days of the issue for a credit refund or service re-delivery. We'll restore the credit to your account or provide a full refund.

Refunds for Unused Credits

If you've purchased credits but haven't used them, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Unused credits will be refunded to your original payment method. Note: Credits never expire, so there's no rush to use them.

Partial Refunds

If you've used some credits from a pack but want a refund for the unused portion, we can process a partial refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be calculated based on the per-credit price of the pack you purchased.

Subscriptions (Legacy)

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment if they're not satisfied with the service. This applies to the first billing cycle only.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to all features until the period ends.

No Prorated Refunds

After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Refunds for Service Failures

If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, we'll provide a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@gephracareer.com or use the contact form on our website.
  2. Provide Details: Include your payment ID, subscription ID (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Processing Time: We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after using a credit (e.g., after receiving an optimized resume or career insight)
  • Dissatisfaction with service results (subjective quality)
  • Failure to use purchased credits (credits never expire, so there's no rush)
  • Account suspension due to violation of terms of service
  • Free credits or promotional offers
  • Credits that have already been used

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

We'll work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort for fraudulent charges or when we're unresponsive to your refund request.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us with details. We review each case individually and may offer refunds or credits at our discretion for:

  • Extended service outages (48+ hours)
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized account access
